Citi London is seeking a Director-level leader to head the global proposals function within Treasury & Trade Solutions. You will shape strategy, drive quality and transformation across five regional clusters, and manage a strategic vendor relationship with a focus on AI-enabled efficiency.

The role requires deep proposals expertise, strong people leadership, and a track record of delivering high-impact client outcomes in a complex, global institution.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in proposals, bid management, or related client-facing functions.
• Proven track record leading large, globally distributed teams.
• Experience managing outsourced/vendor relationships at scale.
• Deep understanding of treasury, trade, and transaction banking products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Citi's global proposals vision for five regional clusters.
• Lead regional team leaders and build a high-performance culture.
• Establish standards, governance, and performance metrics for proposals.
• Drive AI adoption and transformation across the function.
