Citi is seeking a Global Head of Proposals within Treasury & Trade Solutions in New York. You will own the strategy, quality, and transformation of Citi’s globally distributed proposals function across five regional clusters and a key vendor partner.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in proposals or related client-facing roles within financial services or a global institution.
• 8+ years of managerial experience leading large, distributed teams.
• Experience with outsourced vendor relationships and governance.
• Strong written/verbal communication with senior-level storytelling.
• Background in treasury, trade or transaction banking products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global proposals vision for Citi's TTS business across five regions.
• Lead regional leaders and build a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Establish standards, quality frameworks, and governance for proposal production.
• Design a solutions upskilling program across cash management, trade finance, and more.
• Oversee an industry sector intelligence program to position Citi's solutions.
• Manage outsourced vendor relationships and SLA performance.
• Drive AI adoption and intelligent automation across proposals.
• Manage the global proposals budget and resource allocation.
