Job summary

Apptronik in Austin is seeking a director for product learning and development to shape the learning, training, and enablement layer around its humanoid Apollo products.

You will design programs, translate product knowledge into practical materials, and partner with product, engineering, commercial, and deployment teams to ensure safe, effective deployments and clear customer enablement.

Qualifications

• Senior learning, enablement, product operations, or product education leadership experience.
• Ability to structure complex technical knowledge for varied audiences.
• Comfort working across robotics product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong judgment about how training supports safe and successful deployments.

Responsibilities
