Apptronik is seeking a Director, Product Learning & Development to architect the global learning ecosystem for our robotics platform, Apollo. Reporting to the SVP, you will lead a world-class team to transform complex robotics technology into scalable expertise for our workforce, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

• ~10 years of progressive leadership experience in Technical Training, Product L&D, Customer Education, or Technical Enablement in robotics/hardware-software environments.
• 5+ years of director-level management experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• 0-to-1 track record building a global product education or enablement function in a scaling organization.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS/Hardware business models with ROI visibility for learning.
• Executive presence with strong communication and influence across C-suite and SVP levels.

Responsabilités

• Define and own multi-year strategic roadmap for internal readiness, field deployment, and external enablement.
• Manage functional budget, report on key metrics (deflection, TTV, certification, launch readiness).
• Architect and commercialize tiered training packages and certification tracks to improve margins.
• Lead multi-tenant Learning Tech Stack integration with CRM/CS/Support for a 360-degree view of user proficiency.
• Oversee development of curricula, launch readiness, and certification programs; supervise documentation alignment.
