Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Head Portfolio Management (PM) GTM Lead to drive go-to-market execution for the PM portfolio across AMS, EMEA, APAC and Japan. You will partner with sales, product and marketing to shape strategic GTM plays, engage senior customers, and scale initiatives across geographies.

The role requires 7+ years in GTM or related fields, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity, plus strong analytical, storytelling and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of GTM strategy, solution sales, business operations, or customer success.
• At least 3 years in a senior role with senior stakeholders (e.g., CIOs) experience.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling abilities; SaaS/enterprise tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic customers to understand needs and drive adoption.
• Design prioritized sales plays with cross-functional teams for pipeline growth.
• Scale GTM plays across geographies (AMS, EMEA, APAC, Japan) and measure performance.
• Support CIO/IT deals growth in alignment with GTM priorities for NOW platform.
• Elevate messaging with Product Solution Marketing to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with PM BU on GTM strategies including pricing and market positioning.
• Drive cross-functional GTM integration with GPC, CEG, PSM, and Industry Solutions.
• Support partner co-sell strategy and partner enablement for joint growth.
• Stay ahead of market trends and inform GTM strategy and positioning.
• Represent ServiceNow at industry events and executive forums.
