Job summary

BlackLine seeks a Senior Manager to lead physical safety, security, and EHS programs across global offices. You will own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement while partnering with Workplace Services, IT, Legal, and business units to safeguard people and assets.

Role requires 10+ years in security with 5+ years in a corporate setting, deep security tech knowledge, and strong communication. Hybrid in Pleasanton, CA with competitive compensation and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of physical security or similar services with 5+ years in a corporate security setting.
• Deep knowledge of security systems including access control, CCTV, visitor management, and emergency notification.
• Familiar with OSHA and related building and life safety codes.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of physical safety and security programs worldwide.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, visitor management, and emergency notification systems.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and security service providers.
• Conduct security audits and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure OSHA/Cal/OSHA compliance and lead Injury & Illness Prevention programs.
• Lead investigations of injuries or breaches and drive root-cause analyses.
