Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, including executive-level responsibility.
• Experience leading a global HR organization within a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws.

• Provide strategic leadership across all HR functions globally.
• Partner with CEO, Board, and ELT on executive compensation and governance.
• Drive talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Oversee HR operations, analytics, and compliance across regions.
