Job summary

Cutera is seeking an experienced Vice President, Human Resources to serve on the executive leadership team in Raleigh, NC. You will shape and execute the companys global people strategy, partnering with the CEO and Board to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while driving accountability and operational excellence.

The role oversees talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, compliance, and HR operations across the organization, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• MBA or related Master's preferred for executive leadership roles.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across all HR functions and partners with CEO and Board.
• Develop and execute global HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, HR operations, and compliance globally.
• Drive organizational development, culture, and workforce planning.
• Advise Board on executive compensation and governance matters.
