Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR operations, shared services, HR tech, or people analytics.
• 8+ years leading managers and cross‑functional partners.
• Deep Workday experience with service delivery and employee experience platforms.
• Experience building global processes, governance models, and scalable support structures.
• Strong communication to executive audiences; English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for Global People Services, HR Technology, and People Analytics.
• Lead the global people services model, including service delivery standards, case management, and knowledge content.
• Own the HR technology roadmap in partnership with HR, IT, and vendors (Workday and related platforms).
• Lead the People Analytics capability: data strategy, dashboards, governance, and insights for leaders.
• Define business requirements, prioritize work, and translate needs into operating systems and analytics solutions.
• Establish governance for intake, prioritization, investments, vendor usage, and change management across GPS, HR Tech, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity, process discipline, and controls across HR data and annual cycles.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent, Legal, and regional HR teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team; manage budgeting and vendor contracts.
• Champion simplification, automation, and self‑service to improve experience and efficiency.
