Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organisational development, psychology or equivalent experience.
• Significant people leadership experience in large project-based, consulting, engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy or resources organisations.
• Experience as a principal people partner to senior executives responsible for major project delivery or global delivery organisations.
• Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, global mobilisation and deployment, organisation design and succession.

Responsabilidades

• Translate portfolio, project and customer priorities into integrated People plans with clear outcomes.
• Lead strategic workforce planning across the MPP portfolio to anticipate capacity constraints and critical capability gaps.
• Develop strategies to mobilise, deploy and retain project talent globally, balancing schedules, cost and risk.
• Shape leadership and talent strategies, including succession and senior leadership development.
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and project execution capability.
• Lead organisation design, operating-model changes and transformation initiatives.
