Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of card network rules (Visa, Mastercard) and NACHA Operating Rules.
• Experience with BSA/AML controls and Regulation E error resolution.
• Exposure to Regulation W affiliate requirements and third-party risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment, settlement, deposit and loan servicing operations for the Bank.
• Oversee loan disbursement processing and repayment posting, ACH, and card acquiring settlements.
• Maintain daily settlement, reconciliation, general ledger controls, and dispute management.
• Own first-line operational risk controls and incident remediation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and network requirements; coordinate with regulators and risk teams.
• Develop KPIs for payment operations and report to COO and governance committees.
