Formación

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience leading others.
• 7+ years leading engineering teams in banking, payments, financial services, or regulated platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native banking cores and API platforms.
• Knowledge of banking regulation, deposits, lending, and general-ledger integration.

• Directs and controls the delivery of business and technical outcomes within a domain through leadership.
• Defines engineering health objectives and operational targets.
• Drives product and technical strategy with cross-functional leaders to deliver domain goals.
• Owns end-to-end technology architecture for banking products across accounts, deposits, lending, and payments.
• Designs and delivers integrations across enterprise systems using APIs and events.
• Delivers secure, resilient banking infrastructure with strong financial controls and observability.
• Builds and leads a high-performing banking technology organization and partner ecosystem.
