Airbnb Hotels is expanding with a new globally distributed enterprise accounts team. You will lead and scale a senior team, shaping the Key Accounts strategy and playbook while driving revenue and hotel partner relationships across regions.

You will own end-to-end partner management, negotiate with high-value partners, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure growth. Willingness to travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in sales or account management in travel, hospitality or e-commerce.
• 6+ years leading globally distributed teams with a track record of meeting goals.
• Established relationships with major hotel groups across the global hospitality landscape.
• Proven complex negotiations with high-value partner organisations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with teams, playbooks and processes created from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional influence across a matrix organisation.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 60%.

Responsabilités

• Lead a distributed team of Enterprise Account Managers and support partner management and new business development.
• Own the team’s quarterly revenue, supply acquisition and OKR targets.
• Take partners from first conversation through negotiation, signed deal and onboarding.
• Develop and execute the Key Accounts playbook aligned with global strategy.
• Manage relationships with multinational hotel groups and drive performance.
