AGFA HealthCare Corporation is seeking an operational Director, Information Security to define and execute the company’s global cybersecurity vision across all business units and geographies. The role focuses on cloud-native and SaaS platforms while overseeing legacy on-prem environments.

This hands-on leadership position ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of healthcare data, strengthens regulatory posture, and builds trust in imaging and informatics platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with 5+ years leading enterprise security programs or functions.

Responsibilities

• Scale security operations capabilities aligned with business growth and risk maturity.
• Reduce high-risk security findings through preventive controls and remediation.
• Achieve ISO 27001 / 27017 / 27018 HITRUST audit outcomes with improved efficiency.
• Adopt Secure-by-Design and DevSecOps across cloud and on-premise products and R&D pipelines.
• Provide executive visibility into cyber risk with actionable reporting.
• Oversee threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response with focus on automation.
• Partner with CloudOps and DevOps to integrate DevSecOps into CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize security tooling including AWS-native services and endpoint protection.
