Booking Holdings is seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to lead the people strategy for Agoda’s B2B business globally. This senior role partners with the B2B executive team to translate business priorities into people initiatives across organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent planning, capability building, and employee engagement.

The role has global responsibility across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, overseeing regional HR teams and aligning them behind a unified global

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR business partnering experience supporting senior executives in global, fast-changing environments.
• Global cross-region partnering with senior leaders across multiple regions.
• Ability to shape people strategy during growth, transformation, or operating model changes.
• Experience leading HR teams across geographies in a global matrix.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to tie people decisions to business outcomes.
• Proven credibility with executives and ability to influence at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with B2B leadership to shape and deliver the global people agenda aligned to business strategy.
• Guide organizational design, leadership effectiveness, succession planning and talent development.
• Drive change initiatives, restructurings, role redesigns and integration of new ways of working.
• Coach senior leaders on performance, feedback, and team dynamics.
• Collaborate with TA, C&B, L&D and other People functions to attract and develop top talent globally.
• Strengthen culture and manager capability with clear performance standards and people practices.
