Booking Holdings in New York invites a seasoned HR leader to head HR Business Partnering for Agoda’s B2B business globally. You will shape the people strategy, partner with senior executives, and drive organizational design and leadership capability across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

You will oversee regional HR teams, lead succession and talent planning, and ensure a coordinated global HR agenda that aligns with business goals while respecting local market needs.

Qualifications

• Significant (15 years+) HR Business Partnering experience with senior executives.
• Global experience across regions with matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to shape people strategy during growth or transformation.
• Experience leading HR teams across geographies in a global matrix.
• Strong commercial acumen connecting people decisions to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with B2B leadership, aligning people agenda with strategy.
• Design organization structure, leadership capability, and workforce planning.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Strengthen performance standards and manager capability across regions.
• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and coordinate with regional teams.
• Guide leaders on complex people matters with sound judgment and balance.
