Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Global Head of FP&A to lead and modernize the finance planning and analysis function for a global organization. This high-visibility role focuses on consistency in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across international units while working closely with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with proven experience in global planning and a track record of transforming processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including senior leadership responsibility within a global or multi-country organization.
• Direct experience leading planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting across international regions, distributed business units, or matrixed finance teams.
• Strong preference for experience within SaaS, enterprise software, recurring-revenue, or technology-driven business models, including familiarity with bookings, pipeline, renewals, margins, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting across multiple regions and business units.
• Consolidate financial plans and forecasts while standardizing planning calendars, assumptions, KPI definitions, reporting, and accountability across a decentralized organization.
• Build and oversee financial models and scenario analyses covering revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, profitability, capital allocation, and other key business drivers.
• Partner with executive leadership, regional finance teams, Sales, Accounting, Tax, and Operations to improve financial visibility, support business decisions, and strengthen board and investor reporting.
• Modernize FP&A systems, processes, dashboards, and data while developing a high-performing global team that remains close to the business.

Our client is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead and modernize FP&A across a complex global organization. This highly visible role will bring greater consistency to planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across international business units. The ideal candidate combines strong global FP&A leadership with the ability to remain hands-on, influence senior leaders, and build a more connected and scalable function.

• Job Type: Direct Hire
• Location: Remote with regular (1-2x/month) to the Alabama
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base of about $225-250k plus bonus

What You'll Do:

What Gets You the Job:

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale finance transformation, global process standardization, and ERP, planning, consolidation, or reporting system implementations.


• Strong hands-on financial modeling, executive communication, and team leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders while staying close to the data and details.
