For our client, we are seeking a Global Head of Field Ops to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the operational engine that supports global field execution, with a strong emphasis on revenue operations efficiency and performance. You will lead a distributed team, refine processes and systems, and drive alignment across GTM, analytics, and tools functions. The position requires a leader who can turn operational data into actionable improvements that strengthen execution and business outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $186,000 – $254,000 annually
