You will partner closely with senior Sales and Revenue Operations leaders to drive strategic planning, forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational excellence. By establishing consistent processes and data-driven decision-making practices, you will help sales teams improve productivity, accelerate growth, and execute against ambitious revenue targets. You will lead and develop a high-performing global operations team while collaborating with cross-functional partners on territory planning, quota allocation, and sales capacity. AI and automation will be central to your approach, enabling smarter workflows, better insights, and more time for meaningful customer engagement. This remote leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales operations professional who combines strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and a hands-on management style.

Accountabilities
  • Global Sales Strategy and Planning: Partner with Sales leadership to establish quarterly priorities, align hiring plans, evaluate resource trade-offs, and develop recovery strategies when performance falls behind expectations.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Establish consistent global standards for forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews. Develop independent forecasts for individual teams, lead strategic deal reviews, and translate pipeline insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Territory and Quota Planning: Lead annual sales planning in partnership with Sales Strategy, Planning, and Enablement teams. Define territory structures, set quotas, support capacity modeling, and manage in-year adjustments to maintain alignment with business objectives.
  • Sales Operating Rhythm: Build and maintain scalable operating processes that improve visibility, accountability, and consistency across sales segments and geographic regions.
  • Productivity and Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve sales coverage, accelerate ramp-up times, and strengthen collaboration with solution engineering and specialized sales teams to maximize commercial effectiveness.
  • AI and Automation Leadership: Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows across forecasting, pipeline management, deal execution, and sales productivity. Help managers use efficiency gains to focus more time on coaching and selling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, and Enablement to align priorities, improve operational processes, and ensure sales teams have the tools and insights needed to succeed.
  • Global Operations Management: Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing field sales operations team, establishing clear goals, development plans, and standards of execution.
  • Executive Reporting and Insights: Deliver reliable performance analysis and strategic recommendations that support leadership decisions, resource allocation, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate sales processes and operating practices regularly, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions that support organizational growth across regions.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy and Operations within B2B software or related technology businesses, including at least 3 years in team leadership or management.
  • Sales Operations Expertise: Extensive experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales processes, and operating rhythms across multiple customer segments.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven experience leading annual planning cycles, territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and in-year planning adjustments.
  • International Experience: Experience supporting global sales organizations across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
  • Leadership and Team Development: Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and coach high-performing Sales or Revenue Operations professionals while establishing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior Sales leaders, navigate competing priorities, and drive decisions through data and sound judgment.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on approach to building models, interpreting performance data, and translating findings into practical business recommendations.
  • Technology and AI Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce and AI-powered tools to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, sales execution, or overall productivity.
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to establish repeatable processes, create clear performance standards, and build scalable operating models for a growing global sales organization.
