Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. is seeking a Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to provide strategic and operational leadership for EHS programs across manufacturing and distribution networks.

You will establish company-wide EHS standards, strengthen safety culture, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role partners with Operations, Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering, HR, and site leadership to build a proactive EHS operating model and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing/distribution environments.
• 5+ years of EHS leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities or distributed operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise-wide EHS strategy for manufacturing, warehouse, and office locations.
• Establish consistent EHS policies, standards, and procedures across facilities.
• Partner with site leadership to embed a strong safety culture and accountability.
• Monitor EHS metrics, OSHA records, near-misses, and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
