Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to head Global Customer Engineering for Internal EDA Infrastructure. This role spans managers and tech leads across a globally distributed organization with two co-equal mandates: a world-class customer engineering organization and a first-class Kubernetes platform team.

You will design software solutions and automation pipelines to eliminate toil, staying connected to live production.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading engineering support organizations.
• 5+ years leading a globally distributed team.
• Influence roadmaps by translating support trends into requirements.
• Deep Kubernetes, EDA workloads, job schedulers, and AI/LLM infra familiarity.
• Track record of using automation/AI to reduce ticket volume.
• Excellent communication with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop leaders across a globally distributed team.
• Run the Kubernetes platform as a first-class customer engineering service.
• Ship an AI support layer that reduces human queue volume.
• Set and defend operational performance targets (SLOs).
• Drive deep support improvements for EDA schedulers, Kubernetes, and LLM harnesses.
