Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a hands-on engineering leader to grow Global Customer Engineering for Internal EDA Infrastructure, spanning managers and tech leads across a globally distributed team. You will own the reactive and proactive support efforts and drive end-to-end Kubernetes platform initiatives.

You will shape automation, AI/LLM driven tooling, and platform maturity while staying closely connected to production environments.

Qualifications

12+ years building and leading engineering support organizations.
5+ years leading a globally distributed organization, developing managers and leaders.
Influence technical roadmaps by turning support trends into engineering requirements that ship.
Deep technical familiarity with Kubernetes, EDA workloads, job schedulers, and AI/LLM infrastructure foundations.
Experience leveraging automation and AI/ML to improve support efficiency and reduce tickets.
Excellent communication skills with engineers and executives.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Build the leaders of a globally distributed customer engineering team.
Develop the Kubernetes platform as a first-class service with availability and developer experience.
Ship AI support layer evolution to safely resolve issues in internal systems.
Define and defend SLOs for operational performance and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Drive deep support and continuous improvement across EDA schedulers, Kubernetes, and AI harnesses.
