Job summary

NVIDIA, a leader in AI, HPC, and visualization, seeks an engineering leader to build and run Infrastructure Security Engineering for EDA Clusters across on-prem and multi-cloud environments.

You will own technical roadmaps, drive security controls at scale, and ensure engineering outcomes without compromising performance of long-running compute jobs. Expect strong leadership, deep networking, and hands-on security automation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years building and operating production infrastructure at scale.
• 5+ years leading and managing engineering teams.
• Deep networking expertise for large compute environments.
• Hands-on depth operating compute fleets at scale.
• Experience securing performance-sensitive or high-throughput environments.
• Proven ability to drive unified outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Exceptional communication with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of engineers; own the technical roadmap for EDA-specific security controls.
• Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ship production-ready controls.
• Make the network and platform your control plane; ensure security across all layers.
• Design security that protects long-running, high-value jobs without slowing them down.
• Drive uniform enforcement of security frameworks across on-prem and multi-cloud.
• Oversee lifecycle of core infrastructure security technologies: selection, deployment, operation, replacement.
• Automate evidence, KPIs, and audit workflows; treat compliance as engineering output.
• Think like an adversary; do mitigation planning across network, storage, and compute.
• Champion security by design with automated, secure defaults throughout lifecycle.
