Job summary

Enfinity Global is seeking a Digital Site Development Director to lead site identification, assessment, and development across the U.S. renewable portfolio for hyperscale and digital sites.

You will drive rankings, negotiate with digital customers and partners, and structure innovative energy contracts while supporting capital formation and internal tool-building to scale the program.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in renewable IPP development and digital infrastructure siting.
• Experience across multi-market grids (PJM/MISO/ERCOT/SERC) including interconnection screening and transmission capacity.
• Proven track record converting late-stage development assets into commercial transactions (M&A, offtake, build-transfer).

Responsibilities

• Lead site identification, assessment, and development across the U.S. renewable portfolio for hyperscale and digital sites.
• Develop prioritized development action plans, entitlements, and permitting toward digital-grade specs.
• Manage commercial engagement with hyperscalers, colocation operators, and enterprise tenants from intro to framework agreements.
• Structure energy and digital contracts (BTM offtake, VPPA, utility sleeves, hybrid) for digital customers and renewables.
• Support M&A and capital formation with diligence, investment committee prep, and partner presentations.
• Build internal tools, databases, and repeatable processes for screening and execution.
• Scale the offtake and RFP organization as U.S. presence grows.
