Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience.
5+ years of engineering management or technical leadership.
Experience leading global, geographically distributed teams.
Direct interaction with technical customers.
Pre-Sales Applications Engineering and post-sales experience.
Hands-on troubleshooting and systems engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team of Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Field Applications, and Customer Applications Engineers.
Own customer lifecycle from opportunity through deployment and field support.
Develop and implement global technical support processes, standards, and training.
Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
Serve as Voice of the Customer, turning field experience into product input.
