• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Strong compensation consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; able to work with complex data.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to connect compensation decisions to business goals.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as a trusted compensation advisor for HR Partners and business leaders.
• Develops compensation solutions aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Recommends alternatives to address compensation challenges.
• Guides HR partners on retention, off-cycle adjustments, and pay decisions.
• Monitors external compensation practices and labor market developments.
• Leads design and execution of compensation strategies for Corporate Groups.
• Partners with senior leaders to align programs with goals and governance.
• Creates executive-ready analyses and materials from compensation data.
• Collaborates on compensation communications and training.
