Job summary

Paxos is seeking a Head of Communications to craft and lead a global communications strategy across executive, corporate, policy, internal, and product narratives. The role will manage media engagement, rebuild the company’s brand in finance and crypto circles, and work with the CEO and executive team to shape messaging across regions.

You will guide internal communications around high-stakes regulatory topics and major milestones, coordinating with agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 12+ years in communications with senior leadership experience in tech/fintech
• Experience across executive, corporate, policy/regulatory, internal and product comms
• Proven ability in press relations and reputation management
• Track record partnering with C-level leaders
• Experience at fintech or crypto-forward companies preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term global communications strategy.
• Lead media and press relations to rebuild Paxos presence in key outlets.
• Own company-wide internal and executive communications with cross-functional partners.
• Advise CEO and leadership on narrative and execution choices.
• Use AI tools to enhance content development, research, and measurement.
• Coordinate external agencies and cross-functional teams across regions.
