FUJIFILM Biotechnologies seeks a visionary Global Lead, Collaboration Engineering to own strategy, standards, and execution of collaboration services worldwide. You will lead a global team of engineers, SMEs, and partners to deliver secure, compliant platforms across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, AV, and meeting room technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred (especially for global leadership roles)
• 15+ years in IT, Digital Workplace, or Collaboration services
• 5+ years in global leadership roles
• Proven experience owning global platforms/services (M365, Collaboration, AV, Telephony)
• Experience in highly regulated environments (GxP)
• Strong understanding of service ownership, governance, and operating models

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global Collaboration strategy
• Lead a global organization of engineers, SMEs, and partners
• Drive platform excellence across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, AV, and meeting room tech
• Accelerate adoption through user enablement, automation, and self-service
• Ensure service reliability, security, and compliance in regulated environments
• Provide data-driven insights, executive dashboards, and continuous improvement
