Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Economics or equivalent.
• 8+ years experience shaping and implementing value-adding Pricing & Market Access globally.
• Extensive leadership experience in market access, commercial, government affairs, medical.
• Strong experience in pharma pricing, payer legislation and regulations.
• Track record of in-market price negotiations across key markets.
• Global/regional leadership in pre-launch and launch activities.
• Proven ability to link science and evidence generation to payer access.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input to the vision and development of world-class Cell Therapies.
• Own global price and access strategies, plans and tactics for all products in AstraZeneca Cell Therapy.
• Determine global payer strategies with cross-functional partners and governance committees.
• Ensure pricing and reimbursement inputs are integrated into product forecasts and reports.
• Lead development of HEPE capabilities and manage skilled personnel to deliver value evidence.
• Educate internal partners on payer dynamics and trends affecting pricing.
• Oversee external payer policy shaping to improve payer landscape.
• Deliver budgets and ensure efficient use of group resources.
• Promote a high-performing AZ Global Payer Evidence and Pricing team.
