Executive Director of Elanco Business Solutions (EBS) will shape and drive the global strategy for four centers, coordinating with Finance and other leaders to ensure consistent, cost-effective service delivery. Qualificações

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
• 10+ years leadership in multinational shared services or equivalent
• Experience leading large cross-functional senior leadership teams (500+ employees) across international locations
• Strong financial and business acumen with budget management and strategic planning

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the global vision, strategy, and operational framework for Elanco's EBS centers.
• Guide and cultivate a culture of high engagement and performance across a large, globally distributed organization.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for service delivery, continuous improvement, and relationship management with key global partners.
• Oversee the transition of new services into the EBS, ensuring effective organizational design, hiring, and training to improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure robust compliance across all EBS processes and deliver on financial targets and business plan commitments.
