Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks an Executive Director for Elanco Business Solutions (EBS) to lead four global centers, delivering a unified strategy and high-performance culture. You will partner with CFOs and global leaders to implement a scalable, cost-efficient service delivery model.

Travel up to 40% and oversight of approximately 475 EBS staff across multiple international locations will be required, with a strong emphasis on compliance and financial targets.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• 10+ years in leadership roles in multinational shared services or similar.
• Experience leading 500+ employees across multiple international locations.
• Strong financial and business acumen with budget management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global vision, strategy, and operational framework for Elanco's Business Solutions (EBS) centers.
• Guide and cultivate a culture of high engagement and performance across a large, globally distributed organization.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for service delivery, continuous improvement, and relationship management with key global business partners.
• Oversee the transition of new services into the EBS, ensuring effective organizational design, hiring, and training.
• Ensure robust compliance across all EBS processes and deliver on financial targets.
• Direct accountability for EBS administration, Record-to-Report, Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash teams and activity in the EBS totaling approximately 475 employees.
