Job summary

Elanco invites applications for a Senior Executive Assistant to partner with the EVP of US Pet Health and Global Digital Transformation. You will manage a demanding calendar, handle travel logistics, and ensure confidentiality while supporting leadership priorities.

You will coordinate events, assist with recruiting/onboarding activities, prepare materials, and maintain seamless communication across the PH leadership teams, contributing to Elanco's growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior or executive administrative role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative partnership to the EVP, managing a complex calendar and global travel arrangements with discretion.
• Serve as central point of contact for leadership, coordinating information flow with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate events and support onboarding, meetings, agendas, and minutes for the leadership team.
