Dexcom Inc. is seeking a seasoned BI leader to head the global analytic organization.

You will guide a team of BI analysts and developers, manage enterprise dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial to deliver prioritized analytics initiatives. You will drive cloud data stack modernization, data governance, and KPI definitions while coordinating with Data Engineering to ensure scalable data models and governed sources.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5-8 years of previous people management experience.

• Lead, coach, and develop a global BI analytics team across time zones and partners.
• Own the BI roadmap and translate business goals into analytics projects.
• Oversee enterprise dashboards, semantic models, and self‑service reporting (Tableau/Power BI).

• Establish BI governance, data sources, KPI definitions, and access controls.
