Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise architecture or governance experience.
• Experience leading governance across global organizations.
• Expertise in platform-based architecture and standardization.
• Knowledge of modern SDLC models and cloud engineering practices.
• Experience embedding risk, security, and resilience into decisions.
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MSc preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise architecture and engineering governance framework across the organization.
• Establish governance forums, decision rights, and escalation models.
• Govern platform-based, composable architectures ensuring reuse and cost transparency.
• Lead governance for AI-enabled software delivery and responsible AI controls in the SDLC.
• Align business capabilities with executable architecture intent across functions.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, risk containment, and auditability through governance.
