Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director to lead its Alternate Payments Operations for Kinexys and eWallet in the United States. You will own end-to-end operational strategy, governance, risk management, and service delivery to support growth and product innovation.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and regional Operations to drive performance, resilience, and customer excellence in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in Payments Operations, Transaction Banking Ops, Treasury Services, or related financial services ops.
• Deep understanding of payment lifecycles, settlements, investigations, reconciliations, client servicing, exception management and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Alternate Payments Operations organization with end-to-end ownership of Kinexys and eWallet globally.
• Define and execute operational strategy to support growth, product expansion, and client adoption.
• Design scalable operating models and org structures for future-state payments capabilities.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and service level objectives.
• Own performance across processing, settlements, investigations, and client servicing.
• Ensure operational readiness for new products, features, clients, markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage capacity planning and workforce strategies aligned to growth.
• Maintain a strong risk and controls framework across all activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits and investigations.
