Job summary

Tether is seeking a highly driven Head of AI Expansion to lead the global adoption of its AI ecosystem, focused on local computing, privacy-preserving infrastructure, and partnerships with enterprises, institutions, and governments worldwide.

This role combines deep AI knowledge with hands-on leadership, steering cross-border collaboration and high-stakes deals while building a scalable team and ecosystem for Tether AI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, inference, local/edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures.
• Proven experience in originating, structuring, and closing large enterprise technology deals and partnerships.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprises, technology companies, and/or governments.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
• Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive global go-to-market strategy for Tether AI and QVAC.
• Identify priority markets, industries, and high-value AI use cases.
• Co-develop client requirements with product and engineering teams and translate into deployable solutions.
• Build and manage a global pipeline of strategic AI opportunities.
• Monitor market, regulatory, and technological developments.
• Build and lead the AI Expansion team globally.
• Recruit and onboard expansion managers, partnership leads, solution architects.
• Establish KPIs and commercial processes; collaborate with AI, engineering, product, and regional teams.
• Represent Tether AI in strategic meetings, government engagements, and industry forums.
