The role partners with businesses, legal, and risk to meet current and future needs, mitigate 3rd party risk, and comply with regulatory guidelines. Reporting to the Global Head of Market Data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Law degree a plus.
• 10+ years leading global, high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership and strategic sourcing skills.
• Deep contract knowledge, market data experience preferred.
• Integrity and transparency in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Data sourcing and category strategy across teams.
• Oversee negotiations and drafting of market data contracts.
• Partner with legal, risk, and business units to ensure compliant terms.
• Develop vendor strategies and preferred vendor list.
• Drive cost optimization and spend reduction initiatives.
• Report into the Global Head of Market Data.
