Job summary

Navan Group seeks a Senior Director, Global Event Travel to lead end-to-end event travel operations worldwide, unifying online and offline services under one model. Qualifications

• 10+ years leading distributed travel operations teams.
• Commercial ownership experience: operating budgets, forecasting, pricing.
• Track record building Product and Operations partnerships for improvements.
• Data-driven and disciplined about operating performance.
• Thorough knowledge of travel industry, fares, suppliers, and markets.
• Familiarity with air booking tools and fulfillment systems.
• Skilled at leading through organizational and technology change.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global organization of directors, managers, team leads, travel consultants, and coordinators.
• Dissolve silos and build a unified operating model leveraging Navan technology and Reed & Mackay expertise.
• Own service quality, commercial performance, workforce planning, and operational transformation.
• Define and implement the target state operating model for Event Travel (People, Processes, Systems).
• Structure a global service delivery function with globally consistent tools while enabling local decision making.
• Ensure the tech stack enables operational scale and act as an agent of change for Navan platform.
