Job summary

Workday is seeking a visionary Director, Product Manager to lead the Context Engine within the Data Cloud. You will own the multi-year vision, define the knowledge graph, and bridge structured enterprise data with unstructured documents for AI workflows.

You will collaborate with engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and governance-driven agentic platforms while aligning with enterprise constraints and GTM strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management, data platform strategy, software engineering, or equivalent.
• BA, BS, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Deep experience in an enterprise SaaS and large-scale data platform environment.
• Knowledge graph, semantic layer, or LLM-routing focused experience with foundational engineering and AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year vision, roadmap, and core platform requirements for internal build of the Universal Context Engine.
• Translate architectural needs into operational execution with clear outcomes for the AI data layer.
• Anchor third-party developers and partners to Workday by establishing a trusted context layer for premium autonomous agents.
