State Street is seeking a Head of Data Platform Enablement to lead an enterprise-wide Field Deployment Engineering organization, partnering with businesses to deliver outcomes by driving adoption, deployment, and effective use of enterprise data platforms and reusable data assets.

This role ensures that data platforms are deployed, adopted, and delivering measurable business outcomes across all lines of business, translating platform capabilities into real business value and embedding the

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in field engineering, solution engineering, or platform enablement roles.
• Experience with large-scale data or platform environments.
• Strong ability to work with business stakeholders and translate platform capabilities into outcomes.
• Experience in financial services or complex enterprise environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global field engineering organization aligned to business domains.
• Partner with business and technology teams to deploy data platforms into business use cases and solve adoption challenges.
• Drive adoption of enterprise data platforms across multiple business lines and ensure platforms deliver business insights and efficiency.
• Promote reuse of data assets and standardized data definitions across the organization.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to reduce time to production and accelerate use case delivery.
