Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in Field Engineering, Solution Engineering, Platform Enablement or related field.
• Experience delivering large-scale data/platform transformations and complex integrations.
• Strong technical background in data platform technology, data engineering, cloud and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate, influence and execute effectively with business stakeholders.
• Experience in global financial services or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading global teams across multiple regions.
• Managing strategic vendor and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Data Platform Enablement strategies, driving adoption, deployment, and measurable business outcomes across State Street's lines of business and geographies.
• Translate platform capabilities and reusable data assets into scalable business solutions and repeatable adoption patterns.
• Lead a global Data Platform Enablement and Field Deployment Engineering organization that partners with business domains to deploy platform capabilities and accelerate use case delivery.
• Advise senior leadership on investments, platform priorities, and transformation initiatives to ensure sustained business value.
• Drive adoption and reuse of enterprise data products and standardized data definitions across domains.
• Champion developer, analyst, and business-user enablement through onboarding, best practices, and self-service models.
• Identify adoption barriers and data product gaps, partnering with Data Platform Engineering and AI Platform Engineering teams to drive improvements.
