Job summary

State Street is seeking a Head of Data Platform Enablement to lead an enterprise-wide Field Deployment Engineering organization and drive adoption of data platforms across businesses. You will partner with business and technology teams to translate platform capabilities into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in field engineering or platform enablement roles.
• Experience with large-scale data or platform environments.
• Strong background in data platforms and data engineering, cloud and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and translate capabilities into outcomes.
• Experience in financial services or complex enterprise environments preferred.

Responsibilities
