Qualifications

• Extensive experience in communications surveillance.
• Prior experience in Markets Compliance, Surveillance, or Risk Management within a global financial institution preferred.
• Deep understanding of market abuse risk, insider trading, and communications-based misconduct.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale surveillance programs, regulatory remediation, and program transformation.
• Proven senior leadership with strong judgment and regulatory credibility.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a global operating model for GTS Communications Surveillance.
• Own and execute the global strategy and multi-year roadmap for the program.
• Act as the global decision owner for surveillance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Oversee program execution across electronic and other communications channels.
• Lead responses to regulatory inquiries and remediation efforts.
• Build, lead, and develop a global surveillance team; manage hiring and performance.
