Job summary

This role collaborates with cross-functional teams including commercial and TA leadership to shape payer and pricing inputs throughout development and launch.

The position requires deep expertise in global P&R, HTA, and strategy with extensive leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Economics or equivalent.
• 8+ years shaping global pricing & market access strategies.
• Leadership experience across commercial, government affairs, medical.
• Experience with payers, reimbursements, and HTA in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global pricing and access strategies for all products.
• Lead payer policy shaping and engage with key markets and stakeholders.
• Ensure pricing insights are integrated into product forecasts.
• Manage and develop HEPE capabilities and teams.
