Qualifications

• Broad and deep experience in extended characterization of large molecules.
• Proven ability to drive organizational transformation and change management.
• Experience leading an analytical characterization function for biologics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across global sites and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global, comprehensive extended characterization strategy for biologics modalities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
• Build and develop a pipeline of future leaders with technical and business acumen.
• Define CQAs and align analytical control strategies with integrated CMC plans.
• Collaborate with BioAnalytics leadership and CMC to prioritize work and ensure timely deliverables.
• Harmonize processes across sites and ensure operational excellence.
• Advance analytical platforms with broad portfolio applicability.
• Ensure strong scientific rigor in CMC dossiers and transfer methods.
