Job summary

Sanofi in Framingham, MA is seeking a Senior Associate Scientist in Bioprocess Analytics to join the BioProcess Analytics team. You will provide analytical support for process science, R&D, manufacturing, and cross-functional partners, performing routine and advanced testing using HPLC/UPLC, CE, cIEF, ELISA, and LC-MS/MS in a non-GMP setting.

The role emphasizes method development, data analysis, and AI-enabled data processing to improve decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience with protein characterization techniques (purity, charge variants, glycans).
• Proficient in data processing software (Empower, OpenLAB, Chromeleon, Compass).
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for Process Science, R&D, Manufacturing and partners.
• Execute routine and advanced testing using HPLC/UPLC, CE, cIEF, ELISA, LC-MS/MS.
• Develop and implement new analytical methods and automation for workflows.
• Prepare protocols, memos, reports and process investigations in a non-GMP setting.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
