Job summary

Sanofi Framingham seeks a leader for Analytical Science & Technology to oversee analytical activities across manufacturing and quality control in a global biologics network. You will lead ~30 scientists and engineers, drive tech transfer, validation, and lifecycle management, and partner with a global network to influence program decisions.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Biological/Biomedical Sciences, Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years of biopharma industry experience.
Proven expertise in biologics analytics, analytical tech transfer and regulatory filings.
Strong knowledge of specification setting, control strategy, comparability assessments and characterization testing.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategy for analytical Tech Transfer, method validation and Analytical Lifecycle Management.
Characterize products and develop control strategies with fit-for-purpose test methods.
Provide analytical support for commercial manufacturing, including troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
Ensure robust method performance and drive analytical rationalization and harmonization.
