Sanofi in Framingham, MA is seeking a Global Head of Characterization, BioAnalytics to lead a new global organization across sites and countries. You will guide analytical characterization of biologics during CMC development and ensure transfer to Manufacturing & Supply.

This role drives CQAs, strategy, and operational excellence, building leaders and partnering with BioAnalytics and CMC to deliver high-quality data for regulatory submissions.

Competenze

• 15+ years in industry with leadership of an analytical characterization function.
• Experience driving organizational change and cross-site collaboration.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement a global strategy for extended characterization of biologics.
• Oversee budgeting, resourcing, and forecasting across multiple sites.
• Build and develop leaders, with strong technical and business acumen.
• Define CQAs linked to analytical and integrated control strategies.
• Partner with BioA leadership and CMC to prioritize work and deliverables.
• Establish harmonized processes and drive scientific/operational excellence.

Formazione

PhD in Analytical Chemistry or molecular biology
