Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks a Third Party Product Security Auditor to lead security programs with CM, R&D, and ODM partners, protecting confidential hardware IP across production sites and third-party locations.

You will develop, implement, and validate best practices, assess third parties, and drive risk mitigation while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Domestic and international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a security-related field.
• 5+ years of physical security, supply chain security, or security auditing in manufacturing or hardware environments.
• Knowledge of information security practices in manufacturing, including PCBA and silicon fabrication.
• Knowledge of Python and Linux.
• Experience developing security programs for third-party or contract manufacturers.
• Strong understanding of IP protection in hardware development and production settings.
• Ability to travel extensively (domestic and international).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead security programs with CM, R&D, and ODM partners to protect Meta IP at production sites.
• Develop, implement, and validate security program best practices.
• Assess third parties' security posture and mitigations to reduce risk.
• Manage onsite audits, document verification, and physical security controls.
• Apply auditing principles, analyze records, and prepare improvement reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; conduct opening/closing meetings.
• Oversee alignment to CTPAT & TAPA criteria within Third Party Oversight.
• Support end-to-end audit management and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor supplier adherence to contracts and security addenda.
• Collaborate with Operations, Hardware Engineering, Legal, and Security teams.
