Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a security-related field.
• 5+ years of physical security, supply chain security, or security auditing in manufacturing or hardware environments.
• Knowledge of information security practices in manufacturing (PCBA and silicon fabrication).
• Knowledge of Python and Linux.
• Ability to travel extensively (domestic and international).
• Strong written and verbal communication to produce audit reports and presentations.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Support third-party CM/R&D/ODM vendor activities including production area, warehouse, and infrastructure security programs.
• Provide guidance on IP protection programs for confidential projects.
• Conduct onsite and virtual assessments of contract manufacturing sites to identify physical security vulnerabilities.
• Manage audit processes, document verification, and validation of supplier controls.
• Apply auditing principles, analyze records, prepare reports, and recommend improvements per ISO 19011.
• Coordinate communications between management, audit participants, and third parties; conduct opening/closing meetings.
• Oversee alignment of GPS Audit Management System to CTPAT & TAPA criteria within Third Party Oversight.
• Assist with creating and maintaining end-to-end audit management systems across programs.
• Monitor third-party adherence to supplier contracts and physical security addenda.
• Oversee product development to downcycling, supporting teams while protecting projects.
• Develop and maintain standards and risk management; ensure internal controls.
• Maximize partnerships with internal teams and external vendors; drive cross-functional resolution.
• Plan meetings and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of all third-party audit information.
